Under general direction from the Director of Training and Development, the Training and Development Plan, develop, direct, or coordinate the training and development activities and staff of the organization.

 

EXPERIENCE

Two to four (2-4) years of training or management experience, or equivalent healthcare experience is preferred.

 

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Training or Human Resources is strongly preferred.

 

LANGUAGE

Fluent in English and Spanish required.
