Talent Acquisition Specialist
Health Care

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting interviewing, and hiring of candidates for different positions essential to our business operations.



  • Provides input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.Ensures the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
  • Devises and implements sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives.
  • Creates and implements end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
  • Forms close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
  • Coordinates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
  • Sources applicants through online channels, such as our Careers page, Indeed, LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Plans interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Assesses candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references.
  • Organizes and attends job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline


To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.  Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills.  Excellent interpersonal skills.  Individual must be strongly self-motivated and highly organized. Knowledge of current local and federal employment laws and practices.  Work requires continual attention to detail, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.  Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.



A minimum of two (2) years of experience performing Human Resources functions.



Fluent in English and Spanish required.



Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.



Certified Professional of Human Resources (PHR or SPHR) preferred.
