Position Summary:
Join Leon Medical Centers as a Certified Surgical Technologist and play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality surgical care. You’ll help create a sterile, organized environment and assist surgeons throughout every stage of the procedure.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the operating room and sterile field.
- Position and drape patients for surgery with care.
- Assist the surgical team with instruments, supplies, and medications.
- Track instruments and maintain accurate documentation.
- Communicate with anesthesia and recovery teams for smooth transitions.

Requirements:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist
- Expertise in the theory and application of sterile and aseptic technique.
- Knowledge of human anatomy and surgical procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
