Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Manage procurement, inventory control, distribution, and vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of medical supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
- Lead and mentor supply chain staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Utilize ERP systems and data analytics to drive decision-making and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
