Position Overview:
We are looking for a caring and dependable Medical Equipment Delivery Driver to join our Leon@Home team. This role involves delivering, setting up, and providing basic instruction on medical equipment for patients in their homes. You’ll be a vital part of our mission to bring healthcare home with compassion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and set up medical equipment in patients’ homes with care and respect.
- Provide clear, friendly instructions on how to use and maintain the equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is clean, safe, and functioning properly.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary documentation.
- Communicate with patients, caregivers, and the Leon@Home team to ensure excellent service.
- Follow all safety, infection control, and privacy protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
- Friendly, patient-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
- Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in home healthcare or medical delivery is a plus.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
