Lobby Representative
At Leon Medical Centers, we believe every patient interaction matters. We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and customer-focused Lobby Representative who loves helping others and creating outstanding experiences from the moment patients walk through our doors.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first friendly face welcoming patients and visitors
- Escort patients throughout the center and ensure they feel comfortable at all times
- Assist with special needs (wheelchairs, walkers, etc.)
- Support appointment verification using a tablet
- Keep patients engaged and informed while waiting
- Provide compassionate support and resolve concerns with empathy
- Collaborate with front desk and clinical teams to ensure seamless service
- Deliver a warm goodbye that leaves a lasting impression
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for customer service and patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Patience and empathy when working with seniors
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Customer-facing experience is a plus
