We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service‑oriented Dispatch Representative to support our operations across Miami‑Dade County. In this role, you will be the central hub that ensures efficient routing, timely deliveries, and exceptional service for our patients.
What You’ll Do
As our Dispatch Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Assigning orders to Patient Care Technicians based on territory, schedules, and order notes
- Monitoring and adjusting routes to ensure efficient and timely deliveries
- Handling ETA calls, patient concerns, and supporting technicians in real time
- Re‑routing, rescheduling, and documenting orders across all systems
- Providing daily operational updates to the Director of Operations
- Coordinating vehicle maintenance, repairs, and monthly truck audits
- Assisting Patient Care Representatives with order coordination and information
- Monitoring weekly analyzer calibrations and reporting results
- Adhering to company safety protocols, confidentiality standards, and compliance procedures
- Participating in meetings, line‑ups, and other operational activities
You play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive the care and equipment they need—quickly, safely, and reliably.

What We’re Looking For
- Valid and clear state driver’s license (minimum of 3 years)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated
- Flexible schedule and reliable attendance
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- High School Diploma/GED
- Commitment to company compliance, ethics, and confidentiality
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position involves activities such as standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching, and using technology.
Work hours may vary based on operational needs; full‑time employees must complete a 40‑hour workweek.
You will work indoors and follow strict safety and infection‑control protocols.
