Customer Service Representative

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent verbal and listening skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be patient in dealing with an elderly population and sensitive to hearing and/or vision deficiencies. Must be self-motivated, organized and have excellent prioritization skills. Excellent knowledge of computerized information systems and their application.


Receives calls and patients at establishment, determines nature of business, schedules patient appointments and directs callers to the appropriate destination by performing the following duties.

  1. Answers all telephone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Greets all patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  3. Checks in patients for their appointment
  4. Assists administration with completion of a variety of administrative tasks.


High School Diploma or relevant work experience.


Fluent in English and Spanish required.
