The Business Analyst (Project Management) serves as a key link between IT and business operations, translating business needs into technical solutions. This role involves analyzing requirements, supporting system implementations, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes and develop effective solutions.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements using interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis.
  • Translate business needs into detailed documentation (requirements, process maps, user stories, test cases).
  • Evaluate data from multiple sources to identify true business needs and resolve gaps or conflicts.
  • Support solution design, development, testing, and implementation of applications and systems.
  • Participate in project planning, including work breakdown structures and project tracking.
  • Conduct and coordinate testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Identify risks, impacts, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Create documentation such as specifications, SOPs, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and end users to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Provide recommendations on system improvements, tools, and technologies.
  • Follow IT standards and procedures while resolving or escalating issues as needed.
