Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a warm, professional, and detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice and trusted support for our patients and future members.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating positive experiences, resolving concerns, and ensuring every caller feels heard, cared for, and valued.

 

What You’ll Do

As a vital member of our customer service team, you will:

  • Provide exceptional service by answering and screening patient inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care.
  • Resolve questions quickly and accurately, offering solutions directly whenever possible to ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Handle concerns with empathy, including supporting irate callers with patience, understanding, and a commitment to resolving issues.
  • Document all patient interactions, including actions taken and outcomes.
  • Schedule, cancel, and update physician appointments using our computer system, including notifying patients of any changes.
  • Coordinate transportation services for patients who need support getting to appointments.
  • Communicate with medical centers, departments, and offices to gather necessary patient information.
  • Connect potential new members to the Marketing Agency and maintain accurate prospect records.
  • Take and route messages for physicians and support departments.
  • Update patient personal information to ensure accurate records.
  • Conduct outbound appointment confirmation calls to help patients stay on track with their care.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
